Alongside an exhibition by Joanna Langford at the Hirschfeld Gallery 29 Jul – 31 Aug 2008, ‘The Beautiful and the Damned’, Sam gave a lecture at the City Gallery in Wellington about monumentality and utopias called ‘Fantastic Responses to the Unreasonable’.
